Meet the Leadership Team
Mike Wadsworth
Co-founder, President
Prior to co-founding Pradera Group Mike spent over a decade working for real estate investment and development firms performing both asset and construction management roles. From 2009-2014 Mike was employed at Starwood Capital Group, one of the largest private real estate investment firms in the world, rehabbing and developing commercial property in the Southeast including Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland. While working at Starwood Mike oversaw the renovation of 28 aging apartment communities consisting of over 10,000 units, a $50M ground up development in northern Virginia and many other land development and commercial renovation projects.
He brings the unique skill set of having been both an owner and a contractor, and uses those skills to cater to each client’s needs, including communicating progress, project management and developing cost saving strategies. Mike’s responsibilities with Pradera include business development, preconstruction, accounting and finance.
Mike graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He currently resides in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife Kristin and young children James and Elle.
Jarrett Keim
Partner
Jarrett has over 20 years in the commercial and residential construction industry. Prior to joining Pradera Group in 2017, Jarrett spent fourteen years in management at JE Dunn Construction followed by several years with a local high end custom home builder. Before following his passion for construction, Jarrett served in the US Army as a field artillery soldier and officer. His stint in the army came after earning two degrees from Clemson University, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Construction Management. He enjoys staying fit, following Clemson athletics and spending time with his wife Alexia and daughter Sofia. Jarrett’s commercial expertise has enabled Pradera Group to excel in both residential and commercial projects.
